We’ve successfully exported and marketed Hazard warning lights across multiple countries, established a high reputation of quality, and proved our abilities and dependability
Our Certificates
Our car emergency flares are certified under BS EN 12352:2006 for Traffic Control Equipment – Warning and Safety Light Devices. They also meet CE EMC, CE LVD, and ROHS standards, ensuring compliance with European safety and environmental regulations.
Furthermore, our adapters are certified with CE EMC, LVD, and GS, confirming their adherence to safety standards.
Built for Toughness
Key Improvement for Harsh Environments
LED warning lights are designed for reliable use under tough conditions. They are to be used quite often for outdoor use in a variety of weather conditions, such as high humidity, heavy rain, freezing cold, and snowy conditions. Additionally, they are constructed to withstand the wear and tear of vehicles on roadways.
In response to the challenges we have identified, we have implemented four key improvements:
Magnet Attachment Enhancements
To prevent any issues with magnet fall-off, we’ve upgraded to a robust attachment system that ensures our warning lights stay securely in place under all conditions.
The regular glue is not firm enough, so we added a screw to fix the magnet to the product.
The magnet is particularly fragile and therefore requires careful handling and experience.
Upgraded Corrosion Resistance
In response to customer feedback regarding corrosion issues, we have transitioned to using rust-resistant materials for all metal components, including screws and charging pins.
The screws are manufactured from stainless steel, while the charging pins are produced from 100% pure copper material, these materials have been selected for their ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions, therefore enhancing the durability and extending the operational life of our products.
Adopting High-Quality TPR
The high-strength PC housing with TPR coating provides superior impact resistance for use in roadway work. It should be noted, however, that TPR material tends to harden and become brittle in cold weather conditions, which could result in easy damage while working.
To address this concern, we adopt high-quality TPR raw materials from reputable manufacturers Chimei in Taiwan, which is known for their superior durability and resilience.
Ensuring that our products remain robust and functional even under challenging weather conditions, thereby extending their usability and reliability for our customers.
Improved Charging Adaptors
Following challenges with interference in our previous charging adapters, which could compromise charging performance, we have upgraded our adapters to ensure more safety and disturbance-free fast charging.
The supplied new adapters are fully approved by CE-EMC, CE-LVD, and GS certifications, ensuring they meet high standards for safety and efficiency. This enhancement is designed to preserve battery integrity and extend its lifespan.
These improvements are part of our commitment to offering superior quality and reliable LED warning lights that meet the high standards and demands of modern emergency and safety environments.
How to charge the rechargeable led road flares?
Single Rechargeable Light
Charge the warning light using a 12V car charger, or the 220V wall charger by connecting the magnetic hub to the flare and plugging in the adapter until the green LED indicates charging.
Rechargeable Set
To charge your warning light set, place the lights in the charging case pockets with the magnets facing down, and connect the provided 12V car cigarette charger or 220V AC adapter. The indicator light will turn green when fully charged.
How to choose the right item you need?
Choosing Between Rechargeable and Battery-Powered Warning Lights:
Echargeable Warning Lights: Ideal for regular use, as they can be recharged and used repeatedly, reducing the need for frequent battery replacements. These are cost-effective over the long term and are environmentally friendly. Opt for rechargeable if you anticipate frequent use or need lights for professional purposes.
Battery Warning Lights: Suitable for situations where charging facilities might not be available. These are perfect for emergency kits or infrequent use. Battery-operated lights can be more convenient for one-time or short-term events because you don’t need to worry about charging them in advance.
Choosing Between Single Warning Lights and Rechargeable Warning Light Kits:
Single Warning Light: Best for personal or small-scale use where one light is sufficient, such as for a personal vehicle emergency kit or small, controlled area needing attention.
Rechargeable Warning Light Kit: Ideal for professional use in situations requiring multiple lights, such as road work, large-scale events, or managing traffic over a broader area. Kits often come with multiple lights and a charging station, making them practical for coordinated safety operations.
Choosing Between Sequential and Non-Sequential Warning Lights:
Sequential Warning Lights: These lights flash in a sequence to guide or direct traffic or to warn of a path or perimeter around a hazard. They are particularly useful in situations where guiding movement is critical, such as lane closures, detours, or around accident scenes.
Non-Sequential Warning Lights: Standard warning lights that flash in unison or maintain a steady beam and are typically used to alert oncoming traffic to stop or proceed with caution. They are straightforward for general hazard marking.
Each choice depends on the specific needs of the situation, including frequency of use, required visibility, operational environment, and budget considerations.
More FAQ
What do the different colors of LED warning lights mean and how do I choose them?
LED warning lights are available in various colors, each with specific purposes and meanings:
• Red: This color is most commonly used for signaling emergencies or hazards on the road. It alerts oncoming traffic to slow down or stop due to potential dangers like accidents or roadblocks.
• Blue: Reserved mainly for police and law enforcement, blue lights signify an official presence or emergency situation and are typically restricted for use by authorities in many areas.
• Amber (Yellow): Amber lights are used to signal caution and are commonly seen on tow trucks, utility vehicles, and at road construction sites to enhance visibility and forewarn drivers of imminent hazards.
• Green: In traffic situations, green can indicate that it’s safe to proceed. It’s also used in emergency evacuations to mark gathering points or denote clear exit routes.
• White: Primarily used for general lighting, white lights help illuminate non-emergency areas along roadsides that still require visibility.
What is the operational temperature range for Emergency Warning Flares and are they functional during extremely cold winter conditions?
The operational temperature range for emergency warning flares is from -20°C to 60°C. More specifically, the charging temperature for rechargeable warning lights is set between 0°C and 45°C. The battery discharging temperature can handle extremes from -20°C to 60°C, while the optimal storage temperature ranges from -10°C to 45°C.
Extremely cold temperatures will increase the internal resistance and decrease the built-in lithium battery capacity. Furthermore, As the battery’s capacity diminishes, the working voltage also drops. Our warning light is equipped with circuit protection, if the voltage is lower than 2.45-2.6V, the light will stop working.
If the battery’s charge level drops below 60% and it is subjected to freezing temperatures of around -20°C, the light may power off immediately. However, with a full charge and proper storage, the light can still function at -20°C, although its operational duration will be shorter than in warmer conditions.
Do the LED road flares offer multiple flashing modes? What is sequential flashing mode?
Yes, each LED warning light product feature multiple flashing modes, including Rotate, Single Blink, Alternate, SOS signals, Steady-on, and regular flashlight for different emergency scenarios.
The new Sequential Flashing mode is designed to connect all warning lights and automatically sequence them, allowing them to flash in a synchronized pattern.

How long can an 8PK traffic LED sequential light kit operate on a single charge for various flashing patterns?
The 8-pack LED sequential flare kit features 6 different flashing patterns, each with varying durations on a single charge:
- Breathing Flash: 15 hours
- Single Blink: 80 hours
- Slow Flash: 30 hours
- Quick Flash: 60 hours
