Practicality is a top priority when we develop new lights, and they should have a solid structure to ensure stable quality, water resistance, and shock resistance. This is what we considered in our product selection.
But what motivated M&F Optoelectronics to adopt the product principle of simplicity and practicality?
Before our boss started the business of M&F Optoelectronics, he purchased LED lighting products from different factories for customers. He worked with many factories with various products: some were high-priced but not practical, some were just nice-looking but poorly functioning, and some were multi-functional but had high defect rates. The market response from customers was not favorable, and he suffered a BIG LOST on one item that had a safety defect, which required a recall of all units.
Fortunately, we did not lose this customer and continue to cooperate with him until now. However, it did change our mindset. “Jimson, I’d rather pay you a bit higher price to get a quality product, rather than only cheap price. They get broken easily and bring me new problems, which are more expensive to solve,” the customer commented.
This is why we now care so much about products and quality, and we will always keep working this way in the future.
